Job summary

Mark VII - Clean Cars® is seeking a Service and Install Technician in Riverside, CA. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing car wash equipment with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The position requires staging equipment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, including PLC controllers. Strong communication with customers and safe tool handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and plumbing skills.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
• Familiarity with PLC controllers and three-phase power.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stage new equipment on job sites.
• Inspect equipment prior to installation and document damage.
• Install new car wash equipment.
• Remove old equipment.
• Maintain tools and test equipment.
• Provide superior customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Use power tools safely (hammer drills, grinders).
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment including PLCs; perform diagnostics.
• Perform periodic maintenance as assigned by Dispatch.
• Handle duties as assigned.
