Job summary

Waterway Carwash in Kirkwood and Shrewsbury, MO is hiring part-time Car Wash Associates (Detailers). You will clean interior and exterior of vehicles, assist customers, and work as part of a team at multiple interaction points throughout the car wash.

Competitive hourly pay with cash tips daily. Average $21/hr, top earners over $27/hr. Flexible schedules with daytime, evening, mid-week, and weekend shifts; no late nights.

Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean customer vehicles to a high standard based on wash package selected.
• Greet customers warmly and assist into/out of vehicles; direct customers as needed.
• Drive vehicles onto/off conveyor; select wash type and monitor flow; stop conveyor if obstacles appear.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment year-round; perform light maintenance as needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies, wash towels, and help with backroom organization.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; assist management with other tasks as needed.
