Qualifications

• Must display courteous and professional attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and review, explain, and recommend wash services.
• Process wash payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily site checklists and keep the facility clean.
• Monitor wash quality and address issues promptly.
• Move and guide cars through the wash area with a helpful attitude.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles before washing.
• Follow company policies and safety rules.
