Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a positive day for customers. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, with duties across the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station.

No experience is required. A 60-day structured certification program trains you from day one, and you’ll stay active and engaged, owning the process and helping guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude; Support sales and membership growth; Assist member sign-ups and account management; Follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures; prepare vehicles and identify preexisting conditions; Operate wash equipment safely; Communicate operational issues with team.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews; Manage member accounts and cancellations; Stock and organize detail centers; Maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct and uniform standards; Handle opening/closing duties; Clean the tunnel and workspace; Prepare towels and materials.
