Links Car Wash in Fort Worth, TX seeks motivated individuals to join as Team Members. You will operate automated car wash equipment, assess vehicle needs, apply cleaners, and ensure final quality inspections while delivering friendly, helpful customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean facility, collaborating with teammates, and assisting customers with payment and services. Prior experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control automated car wash equipment.
• Evaluate vehicle needs including exterior, windows, and wheels.
• Apply cleaning agents and solutions for high-quality results.
• Conduct final inspections to meet quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greet, assist with payment, answer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
