WhiteWater Express is hiring a Car Wash Attendant in Cincinnati. This active, customer-facing role offers paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a path to leadership. Starting pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour plus biweekly tips, with flexible shifts and a supportive team environment.

No experience is required as training is provided, and a promotion-oriented culture helps you grow within the company. Outdoor work and weekend/evening availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available evenings and weekends
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Keep the site clean and organized
• Perform basic equipment checks
• Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment
