Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Hampton, VA is hiring for customer service oriented team members. The role includes welcoming guests, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and assisting with car wash operations.

You will be on your feet, work in all weather, and be part of a team that values reliability and safety. The position offers part-time or full-time hours, weekly earnings potential, and company benefits.

Starting Pay Rate

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.

Benefits Program

• PTO is based on the company's PTO policy.
• Eligibility for health, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage (such as life insurance, critical illness, accidental, and short/long term disability) subject to 12-month measurement period. (You must work an average of 30 or more hours a week over a 12-month period to be deemed eligible.)
• Eligibility for 401(K), subject to plan terms.
• Company-paid holidays.
