Job summary

Raindrop Car Wash is seeking a friendly Car Wash Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service and prepare vehicles for wash tunnels. You will explain wash packages, help customers choose services, and maintain a clean, efficient work area outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, guiding vehicles, operating in a fast-paced environment, and assisting with basic maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Explain wash packages, services, and membership options.
• Prepare and guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the property.
• Clean vacuum stations, empty trash receptacles, and restock supplies as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns to management.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting when appropriate.
• Complete all required training and certification programs within established timeframes.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and exceptional customer experience.
