Job summary

Swift Wash in Woodstock, IL is seeking hard-working Team Members to join our growing express car wash. You will provide friendly customer service, assist customers at pay stations, and help maintain a clean, welcoming facility.

No prior car wash experience is required; we offer on-the-job training. This full-time role provides a consistent 40-hour week, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement with benefits after probation, including health insurance and paid time off.

• Able to lift and handle cleaning supplies and operate basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.

• Assist customers at pay stations and explain membership options.
• Load vehicles onto the tunnel conveyer system and support club membership at POS.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs as needed.

• Compensation of $18-$24/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!
• After 90 days, employees become eligible for $20/hour pay andhealthcare benefits.
• Scheduled days arelimited to 5 days per week. Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours!

Responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Maintaining an incredibly welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing.
• Assisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations.
• Actively explain and offer monthly car wash membership options to customers
• Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyer system.
• Assisting customers with their club membership at the POS computer system.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, be a contributing team member, and bewilling to execute at a high standard, the Swift Wash way.
• Must be available to work any shift on any day of the week and select holidays.
• Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, but not limited to, pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, hand tools, etc.
• Willingness to follow company uniform and appearance standards at all times.
• Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.).
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.
