Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring Car Wash Attendants in Minnesota. The role focuses on delivering friendly service, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and assisting with vehicle prep and tunnel operations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and development within the company. The position offers competitive hourly pay, weekly commission potential, and benefits such as PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep and pressure washing.
