Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Car Wash Attendant to support daily operations at our Wilmington, NC location. You will greet customers, enroll them in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel.

This role is part of a fast-moving, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth. We value friendly, reliable individuals who can work in varying weather conditions and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to stand on feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
