Job summary

WhiteWater Express is looking for a Car Wash Attendant. This entry-level role offers paid training, performance bonuses, and a clear path to leadership as the company promotes from within.

Starting pay ranges from $13–$15 per hour plus biweekly tips. You will work outdoors in a fast-paced team, assist customers in choosing wash packages, and keep the site clean and safe. High school diploma required; evenings and weekends availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Available evenings and weekends
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Keep the site clean and organized
• Perform basic equipment checks
• Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment
