WhiteWater Express is hiring a Car Wash Attendant in Cincinnati. Starting pay is $13–$15 per hour with biweekly tips. No experience? No problem — paid training is provided as you begin a pathway to leadership.

We promote from within and offer bonuses as you perform. You'll deliver excellent customer service, help customers select wash packages, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and keep the site clean. This is an outdoor, high-energy role requiring teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Keep the site clean and organized.
• Perform basic equipment checks.
