Splash Car Wash invites you to join our Bryant team as a Car Wash Attendant, delivering friendly, efficient service to every guest. You’ll guide vehicles through the wash process, ensure safety, and keep the facilities clean and well-maintained.

No experience is required—we provide training. This is a fast-paced role offering competitive hourly pay, weekends and holidays are required, with opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; backgrounds in retail, hospitality, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor are a plus.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (30-50 lbs).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Guide and prepare vehicles before entering the wash tunnel
• Safely direct vehicles and maintain efficient workflow
• Assist customers with questions and services
• Clean and maintain vacuum stations and wash areas
• Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
