Splash Car Wash in Cabot, AR is hiring a Car Wash Attendant. Join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with training provided.  Earn hourly pay with opportunities for growth and employee perks.

Your role includes delivering excellent customer service, preparing vehicles for entry, and maintaining clean wash areas across our expanding network of locations. Training is provided, no experience required, and weekend availability is welcomed.

Qualifications

• No experience required – backgrounds in retail, hospitality, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor are a plus.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (30–50 lbs).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
