Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is hiring a part-time Car Wash Attendant to join a fast-paced, customer‑facing team. You’ll receive paid training, enjoy flexible shifts, and biweekly tips while you help customers choose wash packages and memberships.

The role offers real opportunities for advancement from within. No experience is required; the company promotes from within and supports growth through performance bonuses and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Keep the site clean and organized.
• Perform basic equipment checks.
• Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment.
• This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, moving, and interacting with customers all day.
