Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Car Wash Attendant in Dayton, OH. This entry-level role offers paid training and opportunities to move up into leadership tracks as the company grows.

Starting pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour plus biweekly tips. The job is active and customer-facing, with weekends/evenings required and no prior experience necessary. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Help customers choose wash packages and sell memberships.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Keep the site clean and organized.
• Perform basic equipment checks.

Job Duties- What You'll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)
