Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a part-time Car Wash Attendant in a fast-paced, customer-focused role. Starting pay ranges from $13–$15 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

No experience is required; you will be trained to deliver exceptional service, guide vehicles, and maintain a clean, safe site while working outdoors with a energetic team.

Qualifications

• No experience required, paid training provided.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with washes.
• Help customers choose wash packages and sell memberships.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and operate equipment as needed.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.

Job Duties- What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Keep the site clean and organized
• Perform basic equipment checks
• Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, moving, and interacting with customers all day.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Comfortable working outdoors

• Friendly, dependable, and motivated
• Team player with a positive attitude

Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
