Job summary

Terrible's is hiring a Car Wash Attendant in Las Vegas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service at our Sahara Ave location. You will help customers choose services, operate equipment, and keep the facility clean and safe.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is a plus, and physical stamina is required for lifting and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with selecting the appropriate carwash service.
• Operate car wash equipment and machinery effectively and safely.
• Perform thorough pre-wash inspections on vehicles to identify any existing damage.
• Use cleaning agents and tools to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from vehicles.
• Dry vehicles using towels or air-drying equipment.
• Perform additional services such as waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning as requested by customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including cleaning equipment, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of transactions and maintain a secure cash register.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
