Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers in selecting wash options, and help maintain a clean, efficient site.

You will learn all aspects of wash operations, follow standard procedures, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented team environment. This is a hands-on role with early evenings and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations around heavy machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.
• Willing to work early evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where leadership skills develop.

• Educate customers on wash options and sell memberships/packages.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and maintain a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep the facility spotless and well organized at all times.
• Maintain the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot; ensure guest readiness.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposits or cash deliveries.

Position Overview

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service at WhiteWater Express, engaging with customers, completing assigned operational tasks, and maintaining site cleanliness. The role also involves learning all aspects of the car wash operation and following standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting the best car wash options, selling membership plans and wash packages to suit their needs.
• Ensure a smooth experience by safely guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
• Take pride in keeping the entire facility spotless!
• Maintain the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot, ensuring every area is clean, organized, and guest ready.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
