Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Attendant for a full-time, active outdoor role. You’ll be on your feet, helping customers, guiding vehicles, and keeping the site clean in a fast-paced team environment.

Starting pay is $13-$17 per hour with biweekly tips, plus paid training, flexible scheduling, and real promotion opportunities. We offer medical, dental & vision insurance and free weekly car washes as part of a fun, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, dependable, and motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Retail, food service, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Help customers choose wash packages & sell memberships.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Keep the site clean and organized.
• Perform basic equipment checks.
• Work outdoors in a high-energy team environment.
