Job summary

Buc-ee's Tennessee II LLC is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to operate a state-of-the-art express wash and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will promote a safe, clean, and friendly work environment and bring prior customer service experience.

Shifts may range from 8 to 14 hours, including weekends and holidays, with a rotating day/night schedule. The pay is $23.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 3 weeks of paid time off, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Previous retail, customer-service and/or carwash experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute frequent inspections of the wash grounds and vending area to maintain cleanliness.
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuum, and vending equipment.
• Perform necessary vehicle pre-wash inspections to avoid damage to wash equipment or customers.
• Administer lane and tunnel flow management.
• Interact professionally with team members and customers.
• Perform other duties as business needs require.
• Shifts may range between 8-14hrs depending on wash needs.
• Work on the store’s busiest days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night.

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for providing a state-of-the-art express wash and great customer service. The ideal candidate will promote a safe, clean, and friendly work environment. Candidates must have previous customer service experience and hardworking skills in order to be considered for this role.

Essential job functions

• $23 / hour Execute frequent inspections of the assigned wash grounds and vending area to maintain cleanliness
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuum, and vending equipment
• Perform necessary vehicle pre-wash inspections for items/vehicles that may cause damage to wash equipment or other customers
• Administer lane and tunnel flow management
• Interact professionally with other team members and customers
• Perform other duties as business needs require
• Shifts may range between 8-14hrs depending on wash needs
• Work on the store’s busiest days, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night, schedules are released bi-weekly as needed
