Job summary

WashRoll in Grandview, MO is seeking entry-level team members to join our GO Car Wash location. You’ll work outdoors, greet customers with energy, and help them select washes or memberships while learning to operate in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll earn base pay plus commission, enjoy free car washes, and have opportunities for growth. This role emphasizes active, people-focused work and real-world customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Morning availability is a plus.

Every day is a little different, but you'll:

Earn around $17/hour on average!

• $15/hour base pay
• Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
