Job summary

LUV Car Wash is seeking a part-time Car Wash Attendant in Fort Lauderdale to help guide vehicles through the tunnel, perform light scrubbing, and assist guests with transactions. You will contribute to a clean, efficient, and friendly environment that keeps guests satisfied and coming back for a great car-wash experience.

Responsibilities include safely loading cars onto the conveyor, cleaning tunnels and equipment, and upholding punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

General Summary of Duties

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for guiding cars onto the tunnel conveyor, lightly scrubbing the fronts and backs of vehicles, assisting guests with transactions, and ensuring that the site is kept clean to provide a delightful experience for our guests.

Reports to: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non- Exempt

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Standing for long periods of time during shift.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.

Essential Functions

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Safely loading vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.
• Cleaning the tunnel and equipment.

Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
