Circle K is hiring a Car Wash Attendant to greet customers, operate the pay stations, and guide vehicles through the wash process in Carrollton, TX. You will maintain the lot, assist customers with wash options, and handle inquiries with a professional attitude.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and basic computer skills to learn the POS system; prior customer service or sales experience is preferred. Flexible shift availability applies to outdoor work in varying weather.

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
• Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.
• Field customer inquiries.
• Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.

Duties And Job Breakdown Percentages

70% Customer Interaction 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining) 5% Opening/Closing Procedures 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties

Job Requirements

Working Environment

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

Supervision Received

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
