Job summary

Hertz in Austin is seeking Car Wash Attendants to prepare vehicles for rental and ensure they are clean and ready for customer pickup. You will maintain a fast-paced workflow, delivering Hertz Gold Clean standards with a goal of five rental-ready vehicles per hour.

Applicants must be at least 20 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. This on-site role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles to be ready for rent and customer pickup.
• Maintain Hertz Gold Clean standards with a target of rental-ready vehicles per hour.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks including dashboard lights, tires, fuel and fluid levels.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Transport vehicles throughout the lot.

This role focuses on efficient vehicle cleaning, basic vehicle readiness checks, and preparing cars for customer rentals.
