Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash in Burlington, IA, is seeking a team member to deliver quick, friendly car wash service. You will greet guests, guide vehicles through the tunnel, and ensure safety at all times while performing basic duties.

You will learn the 4 Steps of Service, inform guests about memberships, and help train new teammates. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work in all weather conditions. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and guide vehicles through car wash bays.
• Perform safety inspections prior to wash.
• Explain our 4 Steps of Service.
• Inform guests about memberships.
• Train new team members on procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage them as they approach the tunnel.
• Safely guide and load each vehicle per size.
• Perform safety inspections of vehicles before wash.
• Operate tunnel equipment and adjust settings as needed.
• Apply bug prep solution and prep vehicles for wash.
• Take part in nightly close down checklist.
• Maintain clean, organized facility and equipment.
• Attend mandatory trainings and team meetings.
• Assist in cleaning facility and equipment in all weather.
