Job summary

Circle K in Bridgeville, PA is seeking a full-time store leadership role. You will act as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable and oversee ordering, stocking, and staff training to ensure smooth operation of the car wash and store functions.

The role requires 3+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities and strong skills in leadership, communication, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills including active listening.

Responsibilities

• Respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
• Create an effective schedule.
• Knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation.
• Clean the vacuum system (pressure washing).
• Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
• Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses.
• Supervise teammates completing PM and assess training needs.
• Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.

Experience

Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Working Environment

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE). This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

Supervision Received

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
