Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Train, coach staff and conduct employee engagement activities.
• Supervise shifts and assume Site Manager’s responsibilities when required.
• Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions following company guidelines.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure customers are satisfied and inquiries, incidents, and issues are resolved timely.
• Report all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage, etc.) to the Site Manager.
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures.
• Ensure the site follows all vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain open availability and be able to work opposite shift of Site Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills, including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Experience

Three+ years of retail experience, at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Experience in a big‑box environment, auto industry, car wash, or lube store is encouraged.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Use of hands; reach with hands and arms.
• Climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel.
• Must work in damp and humid conditions.
• Must work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• May have to lift or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Working Environment

Typical outdoor car wash environment with moderate to excessive noise levels – hearing protection required. Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.

Supervision Received

Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
