GO Car Wash is hiring a Sales Advisor to greet customers, promote memberships, and guide vehicles through the wash. Earn uncapped commissions and grow with a fast-paced team outdoors.

No prior sales experience required; training is provided. Must be 16+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Join a growing network of car washes and build real sales skills while helping customers find the best options for their car care.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Advisor, you'll help customers keep their cars looking their best while introducing them to membership options that fit their needs.

Every shift, you'll:

• Welcome customers with great energy
• Recommend the best wash and membership options
• Earn uncapped commission by helping customers sign up for memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Help customers with our self-serve vacuum area
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for every customer
• Love talking with people
• Enjoy helping customers find the right solution
• Want to build confidence in sales and communication
• Stay positive and motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Learn quickly and follow safety procedures
• Like being active instead of sitting behind a desk

Sales or customer service experience is awesome—but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout your shift

Typical earnings: Around $17/hour

That includes:

• Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
