Job summary

GO Car Wash in Alice, TX is hiring a Sales Advisor to help customers choose the best wash and membership options, with uncapped commissions for membership sign-ups. You’ll work outdoors, meet new people, and develop real sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

We train you—no prior sales required. Must be 16+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Enjoy paid training, flexible growth, and a supportive team committed to your success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with high energy and recommend wash and membership options.
• Help customers sign up for memberships to earn uncapped commissions.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash and assist in the self-serve vacuum area.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and welcoming for each guest.
• Maintain a positive attitude, talk with people, and stay motivated in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Advisor, you'll help customers keep their cars looking their best while introducing them to membership options that fit their needs.

Every shift, you'll:

• Welcome customers with great energy
• Recommend the best wash and membership options
• Earn uncapped commission by helping customers sign up for memberships
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash
• Help customers with our self-serve vacuum area
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for every customer
• Love talking with people
• Enjoy helping customers find the right solution
• Want to build confidence in sales and communication
• Stay positive and motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Learn quickly and follow safety procedures
• Like being active instead of sitting behind a desk

Sales or customer service experience is awesome—but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout your shift

Typical earnings: Around $13/hour

That includes:

• Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
