Ciocca Chevrolet Princeton is hiring entry-level Client Advisors to join a high-energy sales team. No automotive experience is required as we provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you launch a rewarding career in car sales.

You’ll welcome customers, guide them through the purchase process, present vehicles with enthusiasm, and build lasting relationships. A strong work ethic and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Motivated, coachable, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive or customer sales experience is a plus—but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and guide them through the vehicle purchase process.
• Help each client find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs.
• Deliver fun, engaging product presentations and demonstration drives.
• Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
