• Make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Positive, flexible and process-oriented.
• Discuss customer needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up.
• Active listening to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Speak clearly and persuasively in all situations.
• Be a quick thinker and learner.
• Previous call center experience is an asset.
• Interest in the automotive industry.
