Job summary

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Omaha is seeking a Rental Sales Agent for our Omaha location at 116th and Dodge. Responsibilities include greeting customers, closing reservations, inspecting vehicles and preparing cars for rental.

Store hours are 8am-6pm with weekend availability required. The role offers a team-oriented culture with benefits such as PTO, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K matching, paid holidays, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills within a sales environment
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address inquiries
• Perform sales and educate customers on product details
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
• Report damages to on-duty supervisors
• Scan returning vehicles back into system
• Provide computerized receipts to customer
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, pricing and promotions
• Support team by assisting other agents as needed
