Responsibilities

• Manage the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and accessible.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including incoming, outgoing, and current stock levels.
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to track vehicle deliveries and transfers.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and proper placement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and dealership policies regarding vehicle storage and lot operations.
• Assist in the preparation of vehicles for display, including positioning and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
• Support the sales team by providing quick access to vehicles and relevant information.
