Job summary

Winrock Automotive Group, a family owned dealer with six locations across Arkansas, is seeking a porter who welcomes customers, assists with dealership needs, and helps maintain a safe, organized showroom and lot. You will work closely with service and sales teams, verify vehicle alignment, manage inventory, and ensure vehicles are displayed to standard.

The role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, safe showroom and dealership lot for customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management of new and used vehicles and proper display.
• Verify VINs, conduct inventory procedures, and ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow dealership procedures after sales to maximize space and order.
