Hours are flexible with options for full-time or part-time work, primarily on weekdays. Responsibilities include maintaining the lot’s appearance, inspecting vehicles, reporting damage, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40lbs.
• 50% or more of the job requires sight.
• 50% or more of the job requires hearing.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to dealership productivity by providing prompt, efficient, and quality work.
• Cleans inside and outside of vehicle before sales delivery to customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dealership lot (vehicles in line, no gaps).
• Attends to vehicles on lot and in showroom needing cleaning.
• Helps maintain the cleanliness of the lot and building and the Detail area.
• Helps prepare for dealership events as directed by management.
• Maintains the dealership’s carwash and safety of the lot in winter.
• Check vehicles for visible damage and report concerns to the sales/service department.
