Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, which operates the National, Enterprise, and Alamo brands, is hiring Full Time Lot Attendants in Austin, TX. You will move and position vehicles between properties to support servicing, transport and rental readiness, while upholding our high-quality standards.

Typical schedule is 2:00 PM–12:00 AM, Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday. Benefits include paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer matching, and an employee discount; the role is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• If under 21, must have zero moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Drive serviced vehicles to ready line area and park for easy access by customers.
• Deliver vehicles to other locations as directed by management.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed.
• Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate person.
• Perform other service-related duties to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
