Job summary

AUTOHERO is expanding its network of fully inspected used cars and seeks a Car Inspector for Germany with accommodation provided. You will relocate to Hemau to join our inspection team.

Your role covers conducting inspections of vehicles prepared for sale, documenting damages, proposing repair methods, verifying repair quality, and performing final handover inspections to customers. German language knowledge is a plus, and a valid driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of body and paint repair technology and car mechanics.
• Basic familiarity with vehicle inspection tools and methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting.
• Valid category B driving license is required.
• Conversational German is a plus.

Your new Role

Conducting inspections of vehicles undergoing preparation for sale

Assessing and documenting all damages and imperfections found on vehicles

Proposing repair methods for identified damages

Verifying the quality of completed repairs

Performing the final inspection of a sold vehicle’s condition before handover to the customer

Your Skills

Our requirements:

Knowledge and experience in body and paint repair technology, and familiarity with car mechanics (relevant education a plus)

Basic knowledge of the tools required for vehicle assessment

Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Valid category B driving license

Conversational knowledge of German (a plus)

The job involves relocation to Germany, where we have two work locations:

• Hemau
