Job summary

Mechanicsville Toyota is growing and seeks an energetic prep technician to keep new and used vehicles ready for delivery. Responsibilities include washing, waxing, interior cleaning, coating applications, steam cleaning engines, and supporting service lane flow and shuttle operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record in the last 3 years, and the stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license with a clean record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepping new and used cars for lot and delivery.
• Courtesy washes for all service customers.
• Wash and wax vehicles.
• Apply interior and exterior coatings.
• Steam clean engine.
• Clean interior surfaces, vacuum, windows, and tires/wheels.
• Assist porters with keeping the service lane clear and customers' cars.
• Assist shuttle drivers with customer transport.
