Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor vehicle detailer in Alcoa, TN. You will clean and prepare rental cars, refuel, and inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe and ready for customers. This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 15 pounds, and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided. This position may include a shift premium and offers benefits such as health insurance and paid time

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles: wash, vacuum, sanitize interiors, remove trash, and prepare for next rental.
• Refuel and check fluid levels, tire pressure, and inspect for damage.
• Monitor dashboard indicators and report issues as needed.
• Move, park, and organize vehicles across airport lots as required.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times.

If you’re responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy working outdoors, join the Avis Budget Group team and play a key role in preparing vehicles for our customers. In this role, your work directly impacts the customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is clean, safe, and ready for the road.

What You’ll Do:

• In this outdoor role, you will detail our vehicles to meet quality and cleanliness standards. This includes washing, vacuuming, sanitizing interiors, removing trash, and preparing vehicles for the next rental.
• You will also refuel vehicles, check fluid levels and tire pressure, inspect for auto body damage, and monitor dashboard warning indicators.
• As needed, you may move, park, and organize vehicles across our airport lots.
• Throughout all tasks, you’ll help ensure vehicles are ready, reliable, and available for our customers.

• Valid Driver’s License

• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
