Job summary

Excellence Auto Collision Center is seeking a hard-working Car Detailer to join our Sacramento team. You will provide thorough cleaning services for exteriors and interiors, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service to promote repeat business.

Responsibilities include pre/post detailing inspections, record keeping, and coordinating vehicle movement within the dealership to meet customer requests and maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and quality control for both interior and exterior detailing.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and teammates.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to follow company policies and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-detailing.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions.
• Clean interiors and exteriors using approved products and procedures.
• Relocate vehicles within the dealership and assist customers as needed.
• Fulfill customer requests and respond to detailing inquiries.
