Job summary

You will inspect vehicles for defects, perform basic polishing, window tint removal, and collaborate with Sales, Service, and Reconditioning teams to ensure first-class guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing or dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate detailing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive paint and interior materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Must maintain valid driver's license and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailing and safety training; follow PPE procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for interior/exterior imperfections.
• Perform exterior detailing: fallout removal, water spots, surface decontamination, light polishing.
• Perform interior detailing: upholstery, carpets, plastics, protectants.
• Safely remove window tint and residue.
• Apply Quantum Ceramic Coating per specs.
• Conduct final quality-control inspection before release.
• Report damages or safety issues to management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Reconditioning as needed.
