Job summary

Excellence Auto Collision Center is seeking a hard-working Car Detailer to join our Sacramento team. You will provide thorough cleaning services for exteriors and interiors, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service to promote repeat business.

Responsibilities include pre/post detailing inspections, record keeping, and coordinating vehicle movement within the dealership to meet customer requests and maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and quality control for both interior and exterior detailing.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and teammates.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending and standing for long periods.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business. The Car Detailer must be capable of work that meets our company’s high standards and the standards of our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-detailing
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions
• Clean the interiors and exteriors of vehicles using approved products and procedures
• Relocate vehicles to various locations within the dealership and provide transportation for customers
• Fulfill customer requests and respond to inquiries regarding car detailing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Car Detailer is preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing
• Strict adherence to company policies and service standards
