Job summary

Hertz Rent a Car is seeking a dedicated Car Detailer to keep our fleet in top shape and customer-ready. You’ll prep vehicles, wash and detail to the Hertz Gold Clean standard, and help maintain an organized outdoor lot.

The role pays $16 per hour plus incentives, with flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision options, retirement programs, parental leave, and employee discounts.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle prep: perform service and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are customer-ready.
• Clean standards: wash and detail vehicles to meet Hertz Gold Clean expectations.
• Lot operations: transport vehicles throughout the lot and maintain organization.
• Fluid checks: ensure fuel and fluids are topped off and meet standards.
• Adaptability: work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Customer satisfaction: support a clean and professional environment for every rental experience.
