Job summary

A popular cookie delivery service is seeking a Delivery Driver to check orders, deliver products, and provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, their own vehicle, and smartphone. This role offers flexible hours, with pay rate of $9.00/hr plus tips, and various perks including paid vacation and free cookies with every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive interaction.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app for status updates.

Skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to comply with company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Desired Skills/Experience

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan
