Job summary

Insomniacookies in Bala Cynwyd is seeking a motivated Car Delivery Driver to deliver cookie magic to our fans. You will be the face of our company outside the bakery, ensuring timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is 18 or older, has their own vehicle, and is familiar with the local area. We offer flexible schedules, paid vacation, and job stability with a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide quality customer service through professional interactions.
• Use the delivery app to provide status updates to customers.

As a Car Delivery Driver at our St Joes store located at 199 W. City Avenue, Bala Cynwyd PA 19004, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

What Will I Do as a Delivery Driver?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
