The Capture Manager serves as an experienced individual contributor supporting Ad Hoc’s growth efforts across federal government opportunities. In this role, you will manage capture activities for assigned opportunities, coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, and help develop strategies that position Ad Hoc to compete and win. You will work closely with Growth, Business Unit leadership, solution architects, delivery teams, pricing, contracts, recruiting, and other internal partners throughout the capture lifecycle. You will independently manage capture activities for opportunities within your scope while receiving guidance from senior Growth leadership on larger, more strategic, or complex pursuits.

In support of various state and city equal pay transparency laws, Ad Hoc job descriptions feature the starting range we reasonably expect to pay to candidates who would join our team with little to no need for training on the responsibilities we've outlined above. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility.
