Job summary

Jet Access is seeking a CE-750 Captain to command a diverse fleet of managed and charter aircraft. This field-based role requires leadership, mentorship of First Officers, and strict adherence to safety and FAR Part 135 standards.

The position offers base pay of $165,000–$185,000 per year with variable compensation based on flight hours, and 100% travel. Based in Stuart, FL, you will operate across domestic and international itineraries.

Qualifications

• ATP certificate and First Class Medical required.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time and 1,500 hours PIC.
• CE-750 PIC 250 hours and Turbine PIC 250 hours.
• Recent initial or recurrent CE-750 training within 12 months.
• Proficiency with FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for every flight assignment by modeling safety culture, professionalism, and service standards.
• Provide active mentorship and in-flight guidance to First Officers.
• Deliver feedback to First Officers after flights, identifying strengths and growth areas.
• Foster a crew environment with open communication and shared accountability for safety and mission success.
• Communicate observations about First Officer performance to the Chief Pilot.
