Job summary

Jet Linx seeks a seasoned Pilot in Command (Captain) to lead safe, efficient operations from our Atlanta base. You will fly Part 91 and Part 135 missions as PIC, upholding safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger care.

You bring 3,500+ total hours, 2,000+ PIC, and substantial time in a Citation XLS+ with strong leadership and decision-making. This role requires readiness for nights/weekends/holidays and residence within two hours of Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Total time: 3,500+ hours.
• PIC time: 2,000+ hours.
• Time in type (Citation XLS+): 250+ total and 250+ PIC.
• Multi-engine: 1,500+ total and 500+ PIC.
• Turbine: 500+ hours.
• Instrument: 300+ hours.
• Current First Class Medical; FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit; ATP (or ability to obtain).
• Training: Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the past 24 months preferred.
• Work eligibility: Proof of authorization to work in the United States; current passport; ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license; unrestricted travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Screening: Pass pre-employment drug screen; participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
• Schedule readiness: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; reside within a two-hour call-out of the Atlanta base.
• Physical: Comfortable working in/around aircraft and terminals; lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PIC ensuring the highest levels of safety, compliance, and passenger care on every flight.
• Operate in strict accordance with FARs, company procedures, and the applicable CFRs for duty, flight, and rest requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the company for standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and timely pre-/post-flight reporting.
• Manage and maintain EFB hardware and software; ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.
• Exercise proactive, decisive aeronautical decision-making in changing conditions.
